Progress Iktisad Kelantan State corporation or summarily PKINK founded on 1966 under the State Enakmen 10. PKINK first operation on 10 November 1969. The first is the Pengerusi PKINK YAB Dato 'Hj Mohd Asri Muda Bin. Chief Minister of Kelantan is Pengerusi PKINK Steering Institute. The Bureau is now held by Ustaz YAB Dato 'Haji Ahmad Bin Yacob. 

A corporate body responsible for economic development and growth menerajui State of Kelantan, on the principle - the principle of Islam, for the welfare of the Ummah.

History of the Office of State Secretary 

In the 19th century until the early 20th century secretarial duties such as writing letters and papers of the Royal Government official has been implemented by the "Semi" (Tok Semian). The word "spring" comes from Siam, which means "scribe" .In the late 19th century office building located Semian length of wood in front of the Istana Balai Besar and is known as the "Long Description" which dates back to the beginning of the reign of Sultan Mansur (1891 -1899). 

At the beginning of the reign of Sultan Muhammad IV (1899-1920) built a rectangular wooden building known as the "Tree of Opis Celagi". State Secretary also been placed in the Providence Building, Jalan Sultan Ibrahim, the Old Post Office, Kota Bharu. 

During the Japanese occupation in 1942, a new building for the Office of the Secretary to the Government has moved to a new building in Jalan Hospital / Doctors Path. After the completion of the new building in Kampung Puteh, Jalan Kuala Krai then in March 1987, the Office of the Secretary to the State Government began to be put in Darulnaim, Kota Bharu, Kelantan.

Perbadanan Pengurusan Sisa Pepejal dan Pembersihan Awam (PPSPPA) was established as a complement to the success of the National Solid Waste Management Policy. Generally, the policy aims to create a solid waste management system is a comprehensive, integrated, cost-effective and sustainable manner required by society centered on environmental conservation and public welfare. 

Corporation incorporated under the Solid Waste Management and Public Cleansing Management Act (Act 673). Corporation was formally established on June 1, 2008 under the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (IPPF). 

It has the power to administer and enforce the laws of solid waste management and public cleansing and matters related thereto. Corporation's role is to ensure that the solid waste management and public cleansing management more efficient, integrated, in addition to providing better satisfaction to the consumer in terms of solid waste management and public cleansing.
