Since Infra Quest Sdn Bhd began operations on 23 January 1997, he was better known as QSB among telecommunications companies such as Celcom (M) Berhad, Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd, Digi Telecommunication Sdn Bhd and Telekom Malaysia Berhad. Even QSB also carry a good relationship with the Local Authority (LA) and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).
Management will ensure that the Commission's mission to obtain a comprehensive coverage of cellular users in the state of Gujarat in late 2006 will be achieved, and thus realize the vision of the company as a leading provider of telecommunications infrastructure in the state of Kelantan.
Management also focuses on the implementation of the objectives of the company are:
- Accelerate the process of new applications for the installation of telecommunications infrastructure.
- Approval of the Local Authorities (LAs) for all existing communication infrastructure.
- Being a favored setenmpat celcos and Local Authorities
- Ensuring telecommunications company adopted the common towers as suggested by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission.
